01Age requirements
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in some EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Age ratings on the App Store and Google Play are set accurately, and our apps do not take part in the Google Play "Designed for Families" programme or Apple's Kids category unless their listing says so.
02If we learn a child has used our apps
If we find that we have collected personal data from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians can contact [email protected] to request deletion.
03COPPA & the Age Appropriate Design Code
We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, where they apply.
