Delete your account & data
This page applies to every app published by HUF Ltd on Google Play and the Apple App Store. You can delete your account without reinstalling the app.
AIn the app
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account → confirm.
BOn the web
Fill in the form. It opens a pre-filled email to [email protected]. Send it from the email address linked to your account so we can verify it's you.
CWhat gets deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Account profile (email, name, sign-in ID) | Deleted within 30 days |
| Cloud-synced content (AI chats, files, settings) | Deleted within 30 days |
| Crash and diagnostic logs | Removed automatically within 90 days |
| Purchase records | Kept as long as tax law requires (up to 6 years), then deleted |
| Data held on your device | Removed when you uninstall the app |
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel it in the store first.
