01Auto-renewing subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown before purchase, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel first. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
02How to cancel
iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
03Refunds
Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple makes the decision.
Google Play: request one through play.google.com → Order history, or from Google Play support. Within 48 hours of purchase, Google can often refund you directly.

04Consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights, including any right to cancel under UK or EU consumer law.
