Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and HUF Ltd for using our apps, services and website. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms.

01Who we are

HUF Ltd ("we", "us") is an independent software publisher. Contact: [email protected].

HUF Ltd is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to HP Inc., OpenAI, Google LLC, Apple Inc., Microsoft, Anthropic, Seiko Epson, Canon, Brother or any other brand referenced in our apps or on this website. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use our apps. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. Some AI features may require you to be 18 or over, as stated in the app.

03Your account

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time. See Delete Account.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the apps for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive;
  • generate or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, violent or extremist, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt our services;
  • use our AI features to break the usage policies of the underlying AI provider;
  • misrepresent AI-generated output as human-written where that would deceive others in a harmful way.

05Our account suspension policy

We believe in fair treatment. We will not suspend or terminate your HUF Ltd account without good reason. We may restrict an account only for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for legal compliance, or to protect other users. Except in urgent cases (such as fraud or illegal content), we will:

  • tell you the reason in writing first;
  • give you a reasonable chance to respond or fix the issue;
  • let you export your data;
  • refund any prepaid, unused subscription period where the law or store policy requires it.

06Third-party services & your other accounts

Some features work with third-party products or services (such as printers or AI models). Those companies' own terms apply to them. We integrate only through official public APIs and standard protocols, and our apps never ask you to break a third party's terms. Using our apps does not require you to give us access to your accounts with other companies. We do not perform actions on those accounts that would put them at risk. 07Subscriptions & payments

All purchases go through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. See Subscriptions & Refunds.

08AI-generated content

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or other). Check important information yourself. Subject to the AI provider's terms, you own the content you submit and the output you receive. See AI Disclosure.

09Intellectual property

The apps, their code, design and branding belong to HUF Ltd or our licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. See Brand Notice. We grant you a licence to use the apps under our EULA.

10Disclaimers

We provide the apps "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties about uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or printer, or the accuracy of AI output. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

11Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, HUF Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12Changes and termination by you

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app if a change is significant. You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your home country, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
